Our last meeting is in TWO WEEKS- April 27 at 4:30 pm in room 107 in the Journalism building.  We will be having ELECTIONS!  So be there to run for office or cast your vote!  

Political Cartoon Contest

Must illustrate a message or point of view on a contemporary political issue.  

Winner is published in The Daily Reveille!

Submissions are due March 2 at 4:30 in room 107.

Opinion Pieces

If you are interested in doing a collaborative opinion piece on the recently proposed budget cuts on higher education, we are doing a piece for The Daily Reveille.  E-mail me if you'd like to participate.

We are meeting at the Journalism Building at 7 pm tomorrow (Wednesday) to go to dinner and movie!  Email me if you plan on coming!

First Meeting of the Semester

Our meeting is on Feb 2nd at 4:30pm in room 107 in the Journalism Building.  

We'll be discussing upcoming events and opportunities plus opening up the floor to discuss any ideas for future events and discussions.  Come voice your ideas and bring anyone who may be interested.  Remember- SPIN is open to anyone who enjoys politics!

Open House

We are having a Political Communication Open House on Tuesday (11/11) at 5 pm in the Curet Conference Room (Hodges building).  We are discussing general information about Poli Comm, so spread the word if you know anyone who would be interested in this major!
